It is recognized that the lists available at the following links are incomplete. We are currently in the process of setting up a bibliography database that will be dynamic, searchable, and allow tagging and sorting according to individual research needs. It aims to be as comprehensive as possible, and will constantly be evolving. It is currently anticipated that the system will go online in December 2009 or January 2010.
